Role & Company / Project Overview: Advixio is hiring a creative and result-driven Performance Marketer to manage ad campaigns, develop compelling ad creatives, and drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Plan, run, test, and scale advertising campaigns across digital channels. • Create compelling ad creatives using Canva and design tools. • Execute campaign testing and continuous optimization for maximum ROI. • Lead generation, retargeting, and audience segmentation. • Handle client communication, reporting, and campaign performance reviews. • Track conversions and analyze metrics using Google Analytics (GA4) and tracking tools. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Proficiency in Canva and ad creative design. • Strong background in lead generation, retargeting, and optimization strategies. • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking. • Solid client handling and analytical reporting abilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. • Work Mode: Full-Time | Hybrid. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
