### Role & Company / Project Overview Viral Ads Media is looking for a Performance Marketer / Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert who can turn ad spend into leads, conversions, and business growth. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. • Execute end-to-end lead generation and audience retargeting strategies. • Monitor, analyze, and optimize core performance metrics including CPL, CPA, and ROAS. • Manage and scale Shopify ad campaigns. • Perform continuous data-driven optimization to drive conversions and return on investment. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 1–4 Years of relevant experience in performance marketing. • Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads & Campaign Management. • Hands-on experience with Lead Generation & Retargeting. • In-depth working knowledge of CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Shopify Ads. • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven optimization capability. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Working Arrangement: Work From Office. • Location: Budh Vihar, Delhi, India. ### Application Instructions • Send your CV along with Portfolio / Campaign Results via DM or email to the recruiter.
