• Role & Company / Project Overview: Grow Sarrthi, a digital marketing agency based in Jaipur, is urgently hiring a Performance Marketer to join their team and drive business growth through data-driven digital advertising on high-budget campaigns (₹1Cr+ spends). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital advertising campaigns. - Manage hands-on advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (as well as LinkedIn Ads). - Drive measurable ROI and scale campaigns with high monthly spends. - Analyze performance metrics, track conversions, and continuously improve campaign KPIs. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Hands-on, proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. - Experience managing high-budget campaigns. - Immediate joiners required. - Strong analytical mindset focused on performance and impact. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Role Type: Full-time. - Shift: Day Shift. - Work Mode: Work from Office (Onsite). - Location: Second Floor, 5,6 Ravan Gate, Main, Kalwar Rd, near Hotel Kiwi Palace, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012. • Compensation & Benefits: - Starting salary: ₹20,000 and above per month (compensation tied to impact and performance). • Application Instructions: - Share your CV via email or contact directly via Call / WhatsApp.
