• Role & Company / Project Overview IDEVIFY Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Performance Marketer to plan advertising strategies, generate leads, and optimize ad performance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. - Generate quality leads and improve conversions. - Plan advertising strategies and manage campaign budgets. - Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPC, and ROAS. - Conduct audience research and A/B testing. - Prepare performance reports and optimize campaigns. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1–3 years of relevant experience. - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Knowledge of lead generation, retargeting, and analytics. - Strong analytical and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India (Available as Remote or Nagpur Onsite). • Application Instructions - Submit your application via the provided email or contact phone number.
