We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to oversee sales, marketing, partnerships, revenue operations, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution across a multinational organization. The ideal candidate is a senior executive with 15+ years in sales leadership, revenue operations, business development, marketing strategy, go-to-market execution, or executive leadership. Key responsibilities include defining and executing global revenue and commercial growth strategy, leading sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue operations teams, driving pipeline growth and customer acquisition, overseeing pricing strategy, and partnering with the CEO, CMO, CFO, and Board. Preferred technology experience includes Salesforce Sales Cloud, HubSpot/Marketo, Tableau/Power BI, Gong/Outreach/Salesloft, CRM platforms, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and analytics tools. Compensation ranges from $500,000 to $3,500,000 USD/year with performance bonuses, equity, and long-term incentives.
