Join Butterfly Manufacturing Co. Ltd. as an Assistant Engineer or Engineer in Electrical Maintenance at our manufacturing factory in Kathali, Bhaluka, Mymensingh. This role focuses on performing preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and production machines, troubleshooting electrical faults in PLCs, motors, control panels, and automation systems, maintaining utilities including transformers, generators, compressors, and HVAC systems, minimizing machine downtime, ensuring compliance with electrical safety and EHS standards, and supporting continuous improvement. Candidates must hold a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, EEE, Mechatronics, IPE, or related discipline, with 3-6 years of experience in electronic equipment, home appliances, or manufacturing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Assistant Engineer roles). Key competencies include technical knowledge, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Compensation includes a negotiable salary, mobile allowance, provident fund, gratuity, hospital and life insurance, two festival bonuses, dormitory facilities, and a profit sharing scheme.
