We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager for our upcoming Semi Fine Dining Restaurant concept, specializing in premium coffee, beverages, continental cuisine, and pastries. The role reports to the General Manager. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, leading new outlet openings from pre-opening to operational launch, ensuring compliance with brand and quality standards, monitoring KPIs, controlling costs, and driving business performance. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in restaurant or cafe operations management, proven experience in multi-unit operations and successful opening of new outlets, strong experience in franchise operations, and the ability to drive profitability and customer satisfaction. Preferred background includes candidates from premium cafés, specialty coffee chains, bakery-cafés, or semi fine dining restaurant brands. Salary budget is 1000-1400 OMR per month. Arabic speaking preferred, especially Syrian, Lebanese, or Egyptian nationals.
