We are seeking a Test Manager for Software and System Tests (m/w/d) for our partner company in Munich. This full-time role involves planning, steering, and monitoring all test activities within software and system projects to ensure high product quality. Responsibilities include creating test concepts and specifications, coordinating test execution, evaluating results, analyzing test coverage and defect patterns, tracking corrective actions, and continuously developing the test strategy. The role requires coordinating test activities with project teams, customers, and users, supporting customer acceptance until successful release, preparing test results, creating meaningful reports, and coordinating cross-departmental test activities. Qualifications include a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, or equivalent; ideally professional experience as a Test Manager, IT Test Manager, Test Engineer, or Software Quality Manager; several years of experience in test management of complex distributed systems; knowledge of test automation and test management tools; ideally ISTQB certification in test management; strong communication skills, teamwork, analytical thinking, willingness to travel, and very good German and English skills.
