In an assignment for our partner companies in Munich, we are looking for you as 'IT Project Manager Software Implementation (m/f/d)'. Tasks: As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will lead and manage international customer projects for the implementation of software solutions in the field of maintenance and fleet management. As a central interface, you will coordinate collaboration between customers, internal departments, and external service providers. You will capture and analyze customer requirements and convert them into structured technical specifications and work packages. Furthermore, you will take on project controlling including milestone planning, risk analysis, and active countermeasures for deviations. Additionally, you are responsible for stakeholder reporting and ensure transparent communication with customers and management. Qualifications: The foundation is a completed degree in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, an IT education with several years of experience in project management. You possess sound technical understanding of software architectures, interfaces (APIs), and development processes for the reliable management of technical service providers. Ideally, you bring professional experience as an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), Project Lead (m/f/d), Product Owner (m/f/d), or IT Consultant (m/f/d). Additionally, knowledge in the field of maintenance, workshop processes, or fleet management is advantageous. Important are very good knowledge of classic and agile project management methods and confident handling of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project; negotiation-level German and English skills complete your profile.
