In the name of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a "Project Manager Process Optimization (m/f/d)". Responsibilities: As a project manager (m/f/d), you analyze and optimize existing processes and further develop uniform process standards. You identify potential for improvement and accompany measures to increase efficiency in various specialist areas. You also create structured process documentation, reports and standardized documents for projects and management. Furthermore, you coordinate coordination between project teams, specialist departments and relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you ensure compliance with defined project standards and process specifications. Qualifications: You have a degree, e.g. in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification. You also bring professional experience in process management, project management or organizational development. You are confident in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello or comparable applications. Furthermore, you convince with analytical thinking skills, a strategic approach and an independent way of working.
