We are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Simulation Systems to lead national and international development projects. Responsibilities include overall accountability for quality, deadlines, budget, and performance; managing complex technical projects; coordinating interdisciplinary teams from development, manufacturing, suppliers, and external partners; project planning, risk management, progress control, and creation of technical and commercial project reports; acting as the central interface to customers and stakeholders, conducting negotiations, and managing contract and claim changes; driving the advancement of technical processes and providing technical leadership and strategic guidance. Qualifications include a completed degree in computer science, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mathematics, or a comparable technical field; several years of experience in leading complex technical projects, ideally in simulation, system development, or safety-critical technologies; solid knowledge of classical and agile project management methods such as V-Model, Scrum, or comparable models with relevant certifications; proficiency in SAP, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office; strong technical and business understanding; leadership skills, communication skills, negotiation-level German and English, and high international travel willingness.
