Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) sought full-time in Munich. In cooperation with our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as Technical Project Manager (m/f/d). Tasks: You handle national and international projects in the field of technical training and learning solutions, gradually taking responsibility for own sub-projects. As part of the project team, you create and review training needs analyses, training concepts, and professional scripts for learning content. You design and evaluate digital learning media and programs, ensuring their professional and didactic quality. Additionally, you coordinate internal and external interfaces, accompany reviews, tests, and acceptances with customers and project participants. You also advise on the development of training concepts and support the successful implementation of technical training projects. Qualifications: A completed degree in engineering, vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable technical or scientific field. Ideally, you have professional experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Engineer, Technical Editor, or Technical Training Officer. You already have relevant experience in the conception, development, or implementation of technical training, training measures, or learning programs. Knowledge of automotive, commercial vehicle, or systems technology is advantageous, along with strong technical understanding. Strong communication skills, team spirit, professional demeanor, and very good English skills, as well as willingness to travel domestically and internationally, are important.
