We are seeking an Object Leader (m/f/d) for Facility Management to take on technical building operations, including operator duties and compliance. This role involves leading and managing the technical team, planning assignments, and efficiently coordinating resources. Additionally, you will organize maintenance, renovation, and repair measures, ensuring quality control and budget management. You will also develop processes and maintenance strategies, ensure compliance with legal regulations, handle reporting, coordinate regularly with clients, and act as the central interface with authorities. Qualifications include a technical education or degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification. We require several years of experience as a technical property manager, technical property manager (m/f/d), or head of facility management or a similar field. Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, occupational safety, and operator responsibility. Strong organizational skills and decision-making strength are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and CAFM systems, as well as a Class B driver's license, are required.
