We are seeking an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) with a focus on WebEx Collaboration to shape modern communication solutions within the security-critical environment of the defense industry. You will develop digital collaboration platforms further and ensure the reliable operation of voice, video, and mobile services. Your responsibilities include the care, configuration, and further development of the WebEx Collaboration platform, including user training; planning, implementation, and monitoring of VoIP and video communication systems; management and configuration of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) using MDM software; analysis and resolution of telephone problems via remote access; participation in the planning and installation of telecommunications systems; procurement, configuration, and lifecycle management of VoIP endpoints; and creation and maintenance of technical documentation. Qualifications include a completed apprenticeship or degree in computer science, network technology, or a comparable field, proven practical experience with WebEx, knowledge of VoIP technologies (VoIP over IP via WebEx is a plus), solid network knowledge (TCP/IP environment), experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM), and a reliable personality with team spirit, stress resistance, and a hands-on mentality.
