As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the technical care and monitoring of building technology systems across various properties. Key responsibilities include controlling systems in electrical, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation technology using modern building management systems. You will oversee maintenance and repair measures to ensure fault-free plant operation, coordinate external service providers, and support modernization and conversion projects in measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR). Qualifications required include training as an Electronics Technician for Automation, Energy and Building Technology, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable qualification, along with several years of professional experience in building technology maintenance. Knowledge of electrical, heating, AC, ventilation, and basic sanitary systems is necessary. A Class B driver's license is required.
