As a Simulation Engineer (m/f/d), you will model and simulate the electrical onboard network using modern simulation software such as Matlab Simulink. As part of development work, you will support the setup and further development of digital twin approaches in the vehicle environment. You will analyze physical effects such as heat flow, vibrations, and EMC hotspots on assemblies and systems. Furthermore, you will work closely with electronics and mechanical development and use their simulation models for integrative solutions. Additionally, you will evaluate and document simulation results and contribute to the optimization of system design. Qualifications: Completed master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or a comparable engineering discipline. Solid experience in simulation theory and handling tools such as Matlab Simulink or comparable simulation software. Ideally, professional experience as a simulation engineer, development engineer, calculation engineer, or system engineer. Very good knowledge of MS Office and very good German and English skills.
