Coordinate and track IT and security measures and projects. Maintain project, measure, and decision overviews such as roadmaps and risks. Ensure timely, technical, and organizational coordination of ongoing measures. Coordinate and implement organizational and regulatory security requirements. Manage task prioritization and track progress and status reports, optimizing cybersecurity processes. Act as interface between IT, departments, external service providers, and other relevant stakeholders. Support preparation of management decisions, reviews, and committee meetings. Requirements: first practical experience in IT, information security, project coordination or project management; solid understanding of IT security and information security topics; proficient in project and task management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project; experience in stakeholder coordination; strong organizational and communication skills; basic knowledge of security standards and frameworks advantageous.
