We are seeking a full-time Controlling and Finance Clerk (m/f/d) for our partner company in Munich. Responsibilities include checking, maintaining, and cleaning master data to ensure high data quality for downstream business processes; supporting the processing of interim accounts and ensuring complete and traceable documentation; assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements and reconciliations; handling administrative tasks in financial accounting and ensuring timely processing of ongoing processes; relieving specialist departments in time-critical tasks and supporting project-related special topics. Qualifications include completed vocational training as a management assistant for office management, industrial clerk, tax clerk, or a comparable qualification such as a degree in business administration; ideally professional experience as an accounting clerk, accounting employee, commercial employee, or data management clerk; experience in master data maintenance, data auditing, or administrative tasks in a commercial environment; good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP or financial systems are advantageous; and a meticulous working style, affinity for numbers, reliability, and the ability to quickly familiarize with existing processes.
