• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for an experienced Retail Training Manager to join a leading premium retail brand in Mumbai through Karyarth. The role is focused on developing high-performing retail teams, driving customer service excellence, and capability building. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop high-performing retail teams and drive customer service excellence across retail stores. - Influence business performance through continuous retail capability building, sales coaching, and customer experience training. - Deliver interactive, high-energy training programs across designated retail store locations. - Travel extensively (15–18 days per month) for training delivery across regions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5–6 years of experience in Retail Training / Learning & Development (L&D). - Strong exposure to Premium Retail brands. - Industry background mandatory in: Jewellery, Fashion, Apparel, or Lifestyle & Accessories. - Note: Electronics, BPO, and Telecom profiles will NOT be considered. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - High energy and confidence to engage and mentor retail teams. - Strong understanding of customer experience and sales training. - Location requirement: Currently based in Mumbai (preferred); Immediate joiners preferred. - Age limit: Up to 38 years. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra. - Travel: Open to regular travel (15–18 days/month) for regional training delivery. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: Up to ₹1,200,000 (₹12 LPA) per annum (depends on experience and current compensation). - Opportunity to work with a reputed premium retail organization with fast-paced growth and clear career progression. • Application Instructions: Send your updated CV to the recruiter at the provided email address.
