• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for an experienced Retail Training Manager to join a leading premium retail brand in Gurgaon through Karyarth. The role focuses on developing retail talent, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering impactful retail learning programs. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design and execute training interventions that elevate customer service and sales capabilities. - Partner with store management to identify training needs and enhance frontline retail performance. - Facilitate learning sessions and conduct on-floor coaching. - Undertake required travel (15–18 days per month) for training delivery across designated regional locations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5–6 years of proven experience in Retail Training / Learning & Development. - Strong exposure to Premium Retail brands. - Relevant sector background: Jewellery, Fashion, Apparel, or Lifestyle & Accessories. - Electronics, BPO, and Telecom candidates will not be considered. - Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills. - Deep subject matter expertise in retail customer experience and sales techniques. - Preference for candidates currently based in Gurgaon; Immediate joiners preferred. - Age limit: Up to 38 years. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Gurgaon, Haryana. - Travel: Required to travel 15–18 days/month across regional outlets. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: Up to ₹1,200,000 (₹12 LPA) per annum (dependent on relevant experience and existing pay). - Premium brand association, competitive compensation, and career growth. • Application Instructions: Apply immediately by sending an updated CV to the listed email address.
