• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for an experienced Retail Training Manager to join a leading premium retail brand in Jaipur through Karyarth. The role is dedicated to training and developing store staff to maintain peak customer excellence and retail sales performance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Build capability, deliver sales training, and elevate customer experience across store teams. - Lead on-ground and classroom training sessions for retail staff. - Measure training effectiveness and influence store business performance. - Travel regularly (15–18 days per month) to conduct training across regional stores. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5–6 years in Retail Training / Learning & Development. - Strong background working with Premium Retail brands. - Background required in: Jewellery, Fashion, Apparel, or Lifestyle & Accessories. - Profiles from Electronics, BPO, and Telecom are strictly not eligible. - Superior communication, presentation, and team engagement skills. - Deep understanding of retail customer service and frontline sales training. - Currently based in Jaipur (preferred); Immediate joiners preferred. - Age requirement: Up to 38 years. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan. - Travel requirement: 15–18 days per month across regions. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: Up to ₹1,200,000 (₹12 LPA) per annum (based on candidate's experience and current compensation). - Professional growth in a premium retail organization with competitive rewards. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should forward their updated CV to the recruiter's email address.
