Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to support retail operations for a premium or luxury brand in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The position works closely with store leadership to maintain top-tier customer experience and maximize store performance. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Assist the Store Manager in managing overall daily floor operations, staff scheduling, and inventory handling. • Monitor and execute Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth. • Assist in team handling, floor supervision, and customer issue resolution. • Ensure brand guidelines, service excellence, and merchandising standards are met at all times. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mandatory prior experience in luxury or premium retail brands. • Experience in store operations, KPI monitoring, and floor supervision. • Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills.
