• Role & Company / Project Overview: Arvisource is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong core background in Luxury Retail to manage end-to-end recruitment and attract top talent for premier luxury retail brands. Be a part of a dynamic world where talent meets luxury. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for luxury retail positions. - Hire for roles such as Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Client Advisors, Sales Advisors, and Cluster Managers. - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks. - Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements. - Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews. - Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate onboarding. - Build a strong talent pipeline of professionals from luxury retail brands. - Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Qualification: Any Graduate. - Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. - Mandatory: Prior core experience in Luxury Retail is mandatory. - Strong understanding of luxury retail brands and store-level hiring. - Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA (₹8,00,000 per annum). - Opportunity to work with premium & luxury brands, dynamic work culture, and solid growth and learning opportunities. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their CVs via the provided contact email or direct phone contact.
