• Role & Company / Project Overview: Looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead PAN-India recruitment, manage a team of 6 recruiters, and drive hiring strategies across healthcare and corporate functions in the Healthcare / Hospital industry. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and mentor the recruitment team of 6 recruiters. - Manage PAN-India hiring for doctors, nurses, technicians, counselors, and other healthcare professionals. - Handle corporate, operations, and technical hiring. - Manage recruitment vendors and manpower agencies. - Track recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring metrics. - Drive workforce planning and improve recruitment processes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, or pharma. - Strong team leadership and high-volume recruitment experience. - Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills. - Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Management, or Healthcare Administration. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. - Working Days: 6 days a week. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: ₹6,00,000 to ₹7,00,000 per annum (₹6–7 LPA). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their resumes via the provided contact email or phone.
