Qualifications: Graduate or equivalent with minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Onboarding Operations, preferably in the Insurance Industry, Insurance Companies, or Insurance Broking Firms. Required skills: strong MS Excel proficiency, excellent communication, stakeholder management, follow-up, problem-solving, and flexibility for extended hours and shifts.
