We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead a high-performing sales team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving sales, managing teams, and achieving business targets. Lead and mentor a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales targets, ensure timely follow-up of all leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and conversion ratios, coach and develop team members, build strong relationships with developers and channel partners, participate in site visits, prepare business plans and sales forecasts, and drive process improvements. Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off).
