We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Lead for a contractual engagement. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience and SME-level expertise in two or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, OTL, Absence Management, ORC, Talent Management, Learning, and Helpdesk. Hands-on experience in at least two modules and proven involvement in 4-5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations are required. Strong client interaction, requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment skills are essential. Nice-to-have includes Redwood Migration, AI Agent experience, and VBCS knowledge. This is an immediate joiner position based in India with potential remote collaboration.
