Brunel is supporting a leading global organization in the Marine, Offshore, Dredging, and Heavy Equipment sector to recruit an experienced Operations Manager based in Mumbai, India. The role will lead production facilities, workshops, fabrication yards, and project sites while driving operational excellence and future growth. Candidates must have 25+ years of operational leadership experience, a background in heavy fabrication and industrial equipment manufacturing, experience in marine, offshore, shipbuilding or dredging industries, multi-site operations management expertise, strong HSE, Quality and ISO compliance knowledge, production planning, workforce management and operational excellence, international manufacturing/production experience (mandatory), and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
