We are hiring for a leading Chartered Accountancy firm established in 1955 with a strong legacy in tax advisory and litigation. The role involves handling Direct Tax Litigation, Assessments, Appeals, and Advisory matters. Key responsibilities include representing clients before CIT(A), ITAT, High Courts, Supreme Court and Tax Authorities, handling complex litigation, drafting technical opinions and legal documents, developing practice areas such as Black Money Act, Benami Law & PMLA, mentoring team members, and participating in professional forums. The ideal candidate is a qualified CA or Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience in Direct Tax Litigation & Advisory, with excellent drafting, analytical, research, communication and client management skills. Working days: 2nd and 3rd Saturday off (except peak season). Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Salary range: ₹12 – ₹15 LPA.
