We are hiring passionate professionals for Data Center Operations in Mumbai. Responsibilities include cabling, rack installation, infrastructure setup, maintaining DC CMDB, ensuring SLA compliance, monitoring risks, vendor management (power, cooling, FAS, WLDS, ACS, VESDA, CCTV), commissioning/decommissioning of servers and network devices, incident management, RCA, downtime planning, implementing service improvement plans, managing rack space and security, creating SOPs, and coordinating audits (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISAE3402, SOX 404). Candidates should have a Diploma/BE in Engineering with 0-3 years of experience in Data Center Operations, strong understanding of infrastructure, ITSM knowledge, communication and vendor management skills. Working hours typical for full-time IT roles.
