Candidates must have 2+ years of core talent acquisition experience and strong skills in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management. Working hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday with alternate Saturdays off. The role offers an attractive fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
