We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Partner. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in MS Office applications, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. Key responsibilities include managing the Partner's calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules; coordinating internal and external meetings; preparing agendas and following up on action items; screening and prioritizing emails, calls, and correspondence; handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion; preparing high-quality presentations, reports, business documents, and management summaries; developing and formatting PowerPoint presentations; creating and maintaining MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel; assisting in data analysis and preparation of periodic reports; planning and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements; managing flight bookings, hotel reservations, local transportation, and travel itineraries; ensuring timely processing of travel-related documentation and reimbursements; acting as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and external stakeholders; coordinating meetings, conference calls, and client visits; managing vendor communications and following up on deliverables and service requirements; maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders; maintaining records, files, and important documents in an organized manner; coordinating office-related requirements and administrative activities; supporting special projects and initiatives; and tracking deadlines to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Required skills include strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; excellent presentation preparation and formatting skills; strong calendar management and scheduling abilities; experience in travel management and accommodation bookings; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong coordination and stakeholder management skills; high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism; ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines; strong organizational and time-management skills. Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years.
