We are looking for an experienced HRMS Transformation Leader to drive global HR technology initiatives and establish a world-class HRMS Center of Excellence (CoE). Key responsibilities include defining and executing the global HRMS transformation roadmap aligned with HR and enterprise strategy, leading large-scale implementations and upgrades of HR platforms including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Time, Learning, and Analytics, driving standardization of HR processes and data models across regions, establishing and leading the HRMS Center of Excellence (CoE) within the GCC, defining operating models and governance frameworks, owning system configuration standards and release management, acting as the functional owner for HRMS platforms such as Workday, partnering with IT teams on integrations and security, driving adoption of new platform features and quarterly releases, serving as the primary HRMS partner to Global HR COEs, collaborating with regional HR leaders, enabling people analytics and workforce insights through HRMS data, driving automation and AI-enabled HR solutions, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations including GDPR and local labor laws, supporting audits and system access governance, and ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery readiness. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in HRMS, HR Technology, or Digital HR Transformation, strong expertise in Workday or other enterprise HR platforms, proven experience leading global HR transformation programs and CoEs, and strong stakeholder management, leadership, and governance experience. Preference will be given to candidates from Mumbai or nearby locations who can attend a face-to-face interview.
