We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in driving people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or life sciences sector and possess a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. Key responsibilities include aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle, advising managers on employee relations and performance improvement, facilitating performance management cycles, identifying training needs, supporting workforce planning, analyzing HR metrics, ensuring labor law compliance, collaborating with talent acquisition, driving employee engagement programs, and managing HR projects and change management. This is a full-time role based in Mumbai, requiring 5–8 years of experience.
