Pace Global Logistics LLC is looking for a Pricing & Customer Support Executive to join our growing international team. Location: Mumbai (Remote). Experience: 1–2 years in Freight Forwarding. Market Focus: USA Trade Lanes & Cross-Trade Shipments. Key Responsibilities: Prepare air and ocean freight quotations. Source competitive rates from carriers, co-loaders, and overseas agents. Handle pricing requests for US import/export and cross-trade shipments. Support customers with shipment updates and inquiries. Coordinate with overseas partners and vendors worldwide. Follow up on quotes and help convert opportunities into shipments. Maintain high levels of responsiveness and customer service. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding. Good understanding of US import/export logistics. Experience handling cross-trade shipments and working with international agents. Knowledge of air freight and ocean freight pricing.
