Teleperformance is hiring an AML/KYC – Fraud & Disputes Associate for their Mumbai (Malad West) office. The role involves fraud investigations, card disputes, transaction monitoring, and customer resolution in a fast-paced banking and financial services environment. Mandatory requirements include a minimum of 1 year of Fraud & Disputes experience, experience in transaction monitoring, hands-on handling of card disputes (fraud and non-fraud), familiarity with Visa VROL (preferred), strong chat support experience, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently. Candidates must be comfortable working 24x7 rotational shifts, based in Mumbai or willing to relocate, and immediate joiners preferred.
