### Role & Company / Project Overview Outpace Consulting is hiring Graduate Freshers for Customer Support (Voice Process) in Airoli, Mumbai. This position offers a great platform to kick-start a professional career within a supportive team environment offering growth opportunities. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolution over voice calls. • Demonstrate good communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet customer satisfaction metrics. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Qualification: Graduate Freshers only (2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs eligible). • Ineligibility Criteria: Candidates holding B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech, Diploma, Pharmacy (Pharma), LLB, or LLM qualifications are strictly NOT eligible. • Strong English communication and teamwork skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Working Days: 5 days working per week. • Week-Offs: 2 rotational week-offs. • Shift: Rotational shifts. • Location: Airoli, Mumbai, Maharashtra. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Maximum up to ₹2.8 LPA. • In-Hand: ₹18,000 per month + up to ₹3,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives. • Transport: Cab facility available. ### Application Instructions Interested and eligible candidates can share their updated resume via WhatsApp or email.
