We are hiring for a Healthcare Voice Process (Voice/Customer Service) role in Mumbai, specifically at Powai. This is a full-time position with US-based rotational night shifts, 5 days working with 2 rotational offs. Home pick-up and drop available for shifts between 9:00 PM and 5:30 AM covering areas like Mira Road, Churchgate, Dombivli, CST, Vashi with nodal points at Andheri East (Western Line) and Vikhroli (Central/Harbour Line). Eligibility includes minimum HSC qualification, HSC/Graduate Freshers with C1 level communication skills, or candidates with at least 6 months BPO experience. Salary slabs vary by experience: Slab 1 (0-6 months) gross 28,000 INR (net 24,920), Slab 2 (6-12 months) gross 32,750 INR (net 29,670), Slab 3 (12-18 months) gross 35,000 INR (net 31,920), Slab 4 (18-30 months) gross 37,500 INR (net 34,420). This role requires Pre-BGV process, and candidates with criminal or unethical background will not be considered.
