We are looking for a high-performing Intake Specialist to join a U.S. Law Firm and become the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is key to delivering an outstanding client experience and converting inquiries into retained cases. Location is remote from Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia. Must have minimum 2+ years of experience in legal intake and experience in at least one practice area such as Personal Injury, Family Law, Workers’ Compensation, Employment Law, or Mass Tort. English level C1 required. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, emails, texts, and web inquiries; conducting client screenings and gathering case details; qualifying leads and scheduling consultations; maintaining accurate records in CRM/case management systems; following up with prospects to increase conversion rates; and delivering an exceptional client experience from first contact.
