We are seeking an experienced Network Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end network operations, service delivery governance, stakeholder management, and continuous service improvement for a high-profile customer engagement. This is a 100% onsite contract position (C2C or W2) located in Mountain View, CA. Only USC candidates are eligible. Responsibilities include owning delivery of Network & Security Services, managing LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, Wireless, Data Center & Security Operations, ensuring SLA/KPI/OLA compliance, leading P1/P2 Incident Management & Escalations, driving Problem, Change & Release Management, conducting Service Reviews & Governance Meetings, acting as Customer SPOC, coordinating with Onsite, Offshore Teams & Third-Party Vendors, managing Cisco, Juniper, Firewall Vendors & ISPs, leading Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Initiatives, driving Automation, Optimization & Operational Excellence, preparing Executive Dashboards & Service Reports, and supporting Budget, Resource & Contract Management. Required skills include 10+ years of experience in Network Operations / Service Delivery, strong LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching & Security Knowledge, ITIL Process Expertise, ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, stakeholder & escalation management, team leadership & vendor management, and customer-facing service delivery experience. Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4, CCNA / CCNP, Network Security Certifications, PMP / PRINCE2. USC candidates available on C2C or W2 are encouraged to apply immediately.
