We are hiring an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer for a 12+ months contract role in Morris Plains, NJ (3 days onsite) within the health insurance domain. The role requires strong expertise in Amazon Connect implementation, configuration, and support, including contact flows (Inbound, Outbound, IVR, Queue, Callback, Transfer, Whisper). Candidates must have proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS, EC2), Java, Python, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React, OpenShift, CI/CD, Git, and Agile/Scrum. Strong troubleshooting and production support experience is essential. Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor is a plus.
