CKZ Group is looking for a hands-on Regional Quality Controller to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. You'll oversee installation quality, subscriber support standards, SLA compliance, repeat fault reduction, contractor performance, and field team capacity across our ISP operations. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Telecoms, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field; Minimum 3 years' experience in FTTH/ISP operations; Strong fibre installation & maintenance knowledge; Experience managing field technicians & subcontractors; Valid driving licence (mandatory); Motorcycle riding experience & licence (preferred).
