We are hiring a Senior System Administrator (L3) for Alaric Ventures based in Mohali (Bestech Towers). The role focuses on designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex IT infrastructures including Windows Servers, Azure, Networking, and Security. Responsibilities include leading Windows server upgrades and migrations, domain controller upgrades, GPO troubleshooting, driving Exchange to Office 365 migrations, on-premises to Azure transformations, managing and optimizing Azure and Azure AD environments, and working with firewalls, VPNs, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and network technologies. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience, strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, Azure, and cloud migrations, solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, Intune (MDM), and networking concepts, along with excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and client-handling skills. Relevant certifications like MCSA, AZ-900/104, CCNA/CCNP are preferred. Work schedule is night shift (EST) Monday through Friday.
