• Role & Company / Project Overview Workforce Management (WFM) Planner opening for International BPO operations located in Mohali. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage workforce capacity planning, scheduling, and forecasting - Utilize workforce management tools such as IEX to optimize staffing and coverage - Track operational metrics and ensure workforce allocation aligns with SLAs • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Hands-on capacity planning experience is mandatory - Experience with IEX tool is required - Scheduling and forecasting experience preferred - Relevant WFM experience reflected in employment records - Excellent communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Mohali, Punjab, India (On-site) - Shifts: 24x7 rotational shifts - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred; up to a 10-day notice period allowed • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA (INR 9,00,000 per annum) • Application Instructions Send updated resume directly via email or message.
