Role & Company / Project Overview: TELUS Digital is hiring for the position of Workforce Management Real-Time Analyst (WFM RTA). This role is designed for professionals looking for an exciting career progression within Workforce Management and real-time operations monitoring. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Monitor real-time queue performance, service level metrics, and adherence. • Manage intra-day staffing adjustments, scheduling exceptions, and real-time shrinkage. • Collaborate with operational leadership and floor management to ensure optimal workforce coverage. • Analyze real-time operational data and trends to minimize service delivery disruptions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or as a Real-Time Analyst (RTA). • Education: Graduation is mandatory. • Strong operational understanding of real-time adherence and intraday dynamics. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Noida – Sector 135, Uttar Pradesh, India. • Shift: Night Shifts. • Working Days: 5 Days a Week.
