• Role & Company / Project Overview Vibgyor Recruiters is hiring a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) for an International Process based in Gurgaon. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Monitor real-time queue status, inbound volume, and call arrival patterns - Manage real-time adherence and schedule tracking for customer service agents - Coordinate with floor supervisors and operations teams to optimize staffing and meet service level goals • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1+ year of experience as an RTA (Real-Time Analyst) - Educational Qualification: Graduate - Prior experience in international BPO / customer service operations • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Work from Office - Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India - Shift: Rotational shifts - Interview Process: Virtual Rounds • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (INR 5,00,000 per annum) - Transport: Provided • Application Instructions Interested candidates can email their resume to the hiring team or call for details.
