Role & Company / Project Overview: Bulk hiring for Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process in a professional MNC work environment located at Sector 83, Mohali. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls on the international voice process. • Assist international customers with inquiries, problem resolution, and service requirements with professionalism. • Maintain clear, fluent English communication and deliver top-notch customer experience. • Adhere to company quality parameters, operational processes, and attendance standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Eligibility: 12th Pass / Undergraduate (UG) / Graduates. • Candidates must possess good English communication skills. • Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply (experienced candidates require 6+ months of documented experience). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Sector 83, Mohali, Punjab, India. • Working Days: 5 Days Working with rotational week offs. • Interview Process: Virtual interview process including Virtual HR Interview, Manager Assessment, and next-day office visit. Compensation & Benefits: • Freshers Salary Package: ₹24,900 CTC per month. • Experienced Salary Package: ₹30,000 CTC per month (for 6+ months documented experience). • Transportation Allowance: ₹1,800. • Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility provided for boys and girls. • Professional MNC environment with strong perks and career advancement.
