We are seeking a Civil Engineer (m/f/d) for Project Management and Construction Supervision to join our partner company in Minden. In this role, you will plan and manage infrastructure and building projects from concept to implementation. You will be responsible for project processing and on-site construction supervision, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets. You will work on new building and renovation projects, support various technical issues, conduct building condition analyses, and evaluate existing structures. Additionally, you will prepare reports, documentation, and expert opinions and accompany projects through all service phases. Qualifications include a completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable field, professional experience as a project planner or project engineer, proficiency in MS Office, a valid class B driver's license, structured and reliable work style, team skills, independent work ability, and negotiation-level German language skills.
