We are hiring a Project Leader to support Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives for a global manufacturing organization. This role sits within a PMO environment and requires strong ownership of cross-functional projects that connect operations, manufacturing, and data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Work directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate requests into actionable project plans. Define data requirements across systems (ERP, logistics, etc.) to support reporting and operational insights. Drive alignment across multiple teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. Coordinate with technical teams (IT, data, engineering) to execute and deliver projects. Maintain accountability across stakeholders and project teams. Example Project: Partner with service and operations teams to define and improve turn-around time reporting by integrating data from ERP and external logistics sources (e.g., shipping providers), determining reporting granularity, and aligning stakeholders on actionable insights. Qualifications: Experience leading projects related to Digital Transformation or Industry 4.0. Strong background working with manufacturing, operations, or business processes. Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical or data-driven solutions. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
