We are seeking a hands-on Java Microservices Engineer to join a cloud-native commerce platform team. This role requires strong coding expertise and experience building scalable, resilient microservices in AWS and Kubernetes environments. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based microservices, building REST APIs and GraphQL federated subgraphs, developing event-driven solutions using Kafka, implementing caching, resiliency, and cloud-native deployment patterns, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Required skills include 5+ years of hands-on Java development (Java 17+), Spring Boot 3.x, Spring MVC, Spring WebFlux, GraphQL, Kafka, Redis, Resilience4j, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Maven, MapStruct, Lombok, JUnit 5, Mockito, WireMock, Rest Assured, Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and strong focus on code quality, testing, and automation.
